I change the alternator today on 2007 is250 and this is what I get,the car will not run

Check the connector between the A/C compressor and exhaust manifold (as i remember). You may damaged the connector during moving the wiring for clearance

I saw so many different pictures of Cam sensors yesterday I I wasn’t positive that little plug in between the compressor was the crank position sensor thank you for the help I will Tell you how it goes

Agreed, double-check your work. You probably accidentally pulled a wire out of a connector by accident.

I have a 03 navigator And a 1995 Jeep The connectors on those cars I have no problems with and they’ve been through a lot more than this Lexus The connectors are cheap the wiring is cheap everything is crap very poor made car unless you keep in your head cars are meant to be taken to dealerships to be worked on I’m not impressed at all with how brittle the wiring and plastic was under the hood of the car it’s a 2007 Lexus I S250
