Do you even have any symptoms? My 460 just hit 185k and it still feels as smooth as a brand new car. Unless it's vibrating or clunking I wouldn't even worry about it.

I'm at 189k and the car drives fine. It does vibrate slightly when I'm stopped. But no there isn't any clunking. The dealer says the engine is grinding on the frame. It's funny I take it to Toyota for oil changes and they never mentioned motor mounts or the supposed major leaking left strut. The only reason I went to lexus was to have transmission serviced. There are certain steps that you have to do like bringing the vehicle to a certain temperature when adding fluid is the only reason I went to lexus. They charged $305 for a drain and fill and $99 to service the rear end. I was just curious 10 hrs sounded ridiculous.

At that many mileage i would replace them all, why not do it yourself? Ive done many cars, never a GS. But most are pretty straight forward. To charge 10 hours is absurd!

Raise the car on jack stands and see if you can get easy access to them all. You will need a jack and stacks of wood so you can push against the engine block.

Remove the engine covers and anything blocking the sides of the engine. Loosen all the mount bolts while leaving the nut a few threads on. Start with the motor side jack up one side to have the motor twist raise just enough for you to be able to remove the mounts and replace with the new mounts. After each mount is installed bolt or tighten the nut just a few threads. Once you mounted all the motor mounts go ahead and torque them all down.

Worst case you may have to unbolt the motor mount brackets or undo or loosen the subframe bolts.

i rebuilt my engine awhile ago if i am able to recall you can't use the stacking wood method you'll damage the oil pan absolutely no place to lift the engine with a jack.
If i remember correctly the main tool you'll need is an engine hoist just to hold up the engine while removing the mount. use the hoist hold the engine up, remove the headers, the mount would be sitting on the bottom of the engine arms, you'll have to remove the engine arms first in order to remove the mount.

Thanks for the advice. I just don't have the time to do them myself. Does anyone know of a shop that works on lexus in San Diego that is honest and charges a fair price?

Look up toyota or lexus specialty shops around you, you should let us know if you get a quote and/or get it done and let us know what the price was and if it made a difference, 10 hours can't be right.
