Does anyone know where can i find directions on how to remove the front bumper for the 2013lx?

Removing the front bumper isn't hard. It is held on by clips and bolts. There should be one or two bolts/clips behind the fender liner. A few bolts on the top and on the bottom.

Or you can go to Toyota TIS techstream website below and pay for a two day subscription and you should be able to find the resources for what you are looking for.

it takes two persons.
1. remove all bolts/screws holding the wheel arch line to the bumper
2. remove the holding clips around the headlamps
3. remove the rubber seal along the headlamp and middle grille
4. remove all bolts on the bottom of the front bumper.
5. gently pull the bumper side corner along the sidewall.
6. pull out gently and watch out for the radar/headlamp washer/camera cables and hoses.
