The smaller the offset, ultimately means that the more the outer face is pushed out. in simple terms, the 18x10+38 vs 18x10+25 means that the outer lip of the wheel would be 13mm further out. 18x10+38 is already super aggressive, I wouldn't go any less.
18x9+32 for the fronts are fine

Curious of why you went with a staggered tire setup and not a full square? Wouldnt 235/35 work for the front tho?

They probably went equal size rims but different size tires so they can stance pop and drop at those car meets. Something about tucking rubbing and dipping. hehe happy friday!

Found another set that I think will work. fronts are 18x8.5 5-114.3 [+35mm] and rear is 18x10 5-114.3 [+35mm] I know yours are a +38 offset. Do u think the +35 will be too much and rub? You said yours are very aggressive but I can't tell how close they are in the pictures. Going from your picture and experience do u think I will have an issue with a +35 in the rear? Only 3mm more then what you are running if I am understanding the offset correctly. I am running rsr downs as well.

I am new to the Lexus platform, I have a 2016 Is200t. I have some mods done but its time for exterior mods! I want to get a squared setup of 18x8.5 +35 , would those fit? stock brakes on this car are MASSIVE!

By the numbers it should fit, but ultimately spoke design with dictate if the rim clears the caliper.
I had a 20x8.5 +35 rim that did not clear the IS200t/300/350 caliper simply due to the design of the spoke.
Chances are you will be fine though.
