Canadian 2013+ LS
Hello,
Purchased a 2013 LS 460 AWD base for 39500, 77000kms. Bought a few mtnhs ago. Had to sell the next week as I had to leave Canada on short notice. Luckily I was able to get more than I paid, sold it for 42k, still lost money after taxes and registration however. I am back in Canada, and used LSs seem ever more rare. The prices some dealers are asking seem very lofty, easily 50k+ for certain 2013s. If you wouldn't mind, if you purchased an LS 460 in Canada within last 12 mtnhs do you mind quoting me what you paid, and your pkg & mileage. Bc I do not want to get ripped off with the LS.

Given the current value of the Canadian dollar ($0.80 US), your previous purchase for $39500 seems like one heck of a deal. Remember, dealers are going to charge more than you sold the car for, especially if it's a CPO car. A 2013 with low miles would sell for close to $40k in the US ($50k on canada).

I think you should have brought your US model here. Sales are about 10% of those in the US, meaning they are very rare, especially if you're looking for something special. I was lucky enough to find exactly what I was looking for last year, within 100 miles of where I live (a 2012 AWD L with every option except air suspension and DVD), in the right color. At 48000km (30000 miles), I paid 45000$C. Mind you the car had been damaged by hail before being sold in 2012 and had to be repainted, diminishing its value, but I didn't mind that since there was no structural damage.
After 2 years of looking, I was ready to go back to FL to buy a US one to get what I wanted. US cars are serviced the same way here, so no worry.
In a word, be patient. And ready to travel to get it...
