Hi, guys, I have 2000 Lexus ES , I am very much Impressed with Lexus manufacture quality and durability, It's an Amazing car after 148K still runs like new but now it's is throwing infamous P0330, bad knock sensor code p0441, I am getting over 4K rpm on 70mph. Is this fault code preventing shifting in OD?I have check engine and trac off light on.

I recently replaced OEM MAF sensor and an Ignition coil,I recently replaced o2 sensor but I think my car is California Lexus and needs air/fuel ratio sensor, not an O2 sensor.that's why I am getting P0441 and P1150( Lexus Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1)

do I need to replace both the knock sensor and air/fuel sensor? or replacing air/fuel sensor will remove P0330?

Yes on the O/D and TRAC light the computer disabled both when certain (most) codes are set.

I would start by getting the proper sensor, genuine Denso.
