on reverse mode and turning my steering,i get disturbing noise from under the car as if a joint wants to brake up. can i suspect the lower arm?

Welcome to the Club. What I would preferably do is have you or someone else drive the car on deserted street and then your or someone follow along while you repeat above and then you can localize sound better. Under extreme turning (all the way one side or the other), you can get a knocking or loud clicking noise when turning. However, underneath the engine there is an exhaust pipe that if it is cracked or at a joint, can make a loud popping sound in reverse.

How about lifting each side and doing a through visual .. ripped boot, grease etc can be a clue.

Describe the noise as well ,,,

CLuk, CLUK, Cluck can be CV joint.
