That damage looks quite extensive...I'm leaning towards totaled, but it really is up to the insurance and what state you're in. Fingers crossed that it is so that you can get a new one; cars with that much damage never feel the same again.
Hope you were ok.

thanks for the well wishes, yes God was my co driver this morning.A witness told me he couldn't believe i didn't roll it. Lexus called me tonight..."pretty extensive damage " but they got to break it down part by part, he note a possibility of it beings a total loss due to replacement of all air bags.... strange ....Also in Texas ... airbags deployed does NOT mean totaled. but being fwd, the tranny and engine have to come out plus airbags, front end grill, tire, wheel, plus possible frame damage?? I want a new rx.That rx had over 3k in aftermarket upgrades which insurance carriers hardly ever cover.very sore,3 pain meds,im going to crash in bed ...no pun intended.

I hope you weren't injured! It looks totaled to me.
Do you have pictures or description of the other car?

Going against the crowd....I think they will fix it....unless the sub frame has twisted the frame.

Glad the RX protected everyone from serious injuries.
I never considered the aftermarket upgrade impacts. Hopefully you can salvage some of the $3k.
Accidents always suck. While I know your accident wasn't the result of tailgating, I cringe whenever someone follows too closely. Especially when traffic lights turn yellow and the person behind you expects you not to stop.
