I bought the car at the end of March and enform remote hasn't worked since day one. Lexus finally got around to solving the issues so I get to actually try out this damn thing. Definitely going to be contacting for a few more months as it was suppose to be a year demo. Just FYI they finally fixed it

There's been a ton of issues with that app. It's good to hear it's working for you.

Hopefully they extend your trial. My dealership was told they weren't going to give people an extended trial but I bet if enough people call it will happen.

I was given an extra 3 month when it took them a couple weeks to activate it on my last car. You need to talk to Lexus, not the dealer.

My year just ended and I just decided to continue it. My car sits on the sun while I'm at work having the option to turn it on 10 minutes before Im off helps have the car nice and cool by the time I get to it.
​​​Being 420 friendly, I also tend to either forget to lock my car, or question myself about locking my car even tho I know I usually do.. It helps not having to always have to go back to the car and just lock it from anywhere.
By the way, mines been fairly decent within the last 12 months, except for some occasional glitches, it was fine. I found it works even better now that fingerprints are enabled, it works so much faster when I just keep my finger on the scanner as soon as I open the app, I find that it just loads right up to the main screen when I do it that way, most of the time.

I paid for the 30 days on my L-Certified IS. It took a little over 2 weeks for them to get it to work. Basically they tried everything. But ended up deleting my account and starting from scratch. So I had about 10 days left. The remote start worked great finally. About the day it was too expire I got an email saying they were giving me a free year of service for my troubles.

I called their 800 number twice to complain in July. Then in August, I got an email from Lexus. I was informed that they added 1 more year trial for free for me. Fine with me lol
There, IMHO, it's all about how much you care about it.
