+1 I used the Carista app to turn off my chime too (just on the driver's side, but you can do both front seats). Be advised the dash warning light still flashes, but no more chime.

I have Carista and the seat belt option does not appear for the '13's

Umm well I have a 13 and was able to turn the seat belt ding off with the Carista app.
