I guess this is a stupid question.

Ok. Let me see if I can help.

I have the F SPORT version.

There is a customize option which allows you to change the a/c to eco, the drivetrain, and also the suspension.

Sport= touchy response with the throttle and quicker shifts with higher RPMS
Sport+= touchy throttle response as well as tighter suspension

If I can remember, I customized my setting as normal throttle, and sport handling. This way I can get the stiffer suspension without the touchy throttle for a more comfortable commute.

X2 I suspect most people with this option set it up that way.

It's this posting that made me find out the dealer wiped out this feature. Had my car in for tranny hesitation and they wiped out my settings, the screen to get to my settings and also deleted sports mode + Back to the dealer AGAIN!!!!! 12 trips in 8 months...If I wanted a Yugo I would have bought one!

Yes it defaults to normal. However it will stay in ECO !

I wrote Lexus because the 2017 literature makes it sound like it stays in, lets say sport, if you set it....but it doesn't.

No big deal, get in start it up and push a button. I think it should stay in custom, but ???

Same as my LX, it will stay in what ever mode you left it in except Sport.

not stupid at all..

if you go to your main display, the navi one, you will go to menu, then general settings, vehicle, and it should say drive mode customization. It's under settings but i'm not too sure if it says general settings or vehicle settings!

It's there!

I did mine so I have a tighter suspension but regular throttle.
