Default tire pressure bulb steady light on 2008 RX350

The tire pressure of all tires including spere tire is normal.

If using the reset button doesn't work it's possible you have a failing sensor.

Could be a low battery on one or more sensors, which can misread pressure and turn on the light. When they fail completely the light will blink. Make sure under passenger glove box that the TPMS 'main' setting is selected, there is a provision for 2 sets of wheels. Make sure nobody bumped it and that it is on main. Consult your manual for reset and initialization which will be done with key in a certain position ACC or whatever, manual will say.
I went through the same thing a couple months ago, ended up having to get 2 new sensors. With age of your vehicle, they may be due. Dealers want big money to do them, so most here go to Costco or Discount Tire. About 60$ each installed.
