Battery in tire sensor may be dead.A scanner is required to tell which wheel,or you could buy a techstream cable ,download techstream and find out which one.

Hello guzzy92fs what button are you speaking of? My TPMS light is on as well. Before I rule out a dead battery I want to try and reset the code if I can. Thank you please share!
Anei, there's a button under the dash, next to the OBD2 port that have the tpsm logo and "Set" written that resets the tpsm system, press it for 10 seconds: looks like this:
You could also try to disconnect the battery neg cable for 5 mins to clear any code and see if the code appears again.
But the best way to troubleshoot is connecting techstream to your gs and see the code it's throwing, also to see if all the 4 sensors are reading, something like this, check the 4 sensors reading on my car, only one was reading (ID3) on this test the other three were offline, I was registering new wheel sensors to my ECU

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ACCURATE INFO AND PIC! I don't have the machine to clear the codes but I will press that button and see what happens. I sure it won't do anything. I really believe a few of my sensors are dead. Soon I will be painting my 18s glossy shiny black and I will be purchasing 4 new Toyota tpms for the wheels. When I finally do that and take the wheels to my guy's garage, does he need to delete my older sensors from the registry and scan my new sensors in?? I just want to turn this light off and KEEP IT OFF. Thank you so much and GodBless guzzy92fs!
Just curiosity, you have the light on only? Or the light plus the check system text on the dash? As for your question:
You will need to delete the old sensors from your car ECU and register the new ones, only way to do that is with a software (techstream) or at the dealer. The car can take up to 8 sensors your main set of tires and second ones (winter tires, etc..)
When registering new sensors you will need to input each sensor code, so its important to write down each code before mounting the tires on the wheel!
Code in the sensors looks like this, in this case code is:
