I have a rear diffuser with a 6 inch cut for the exhaust roughly. Now I'm stuck.. can't find single exhaust big enough to fill the hole and can't find dual exhaust small enough to fit anyone have an idea? (It's carbon fiber diffuser btw)

I don't think they have that style for aftermarket one, buy it used OEM ISF or RCF, there is one member has it i don't know where he bought and he's not from America.

yeah 6 in cup wont good enough for quad tip. Mine is 8.3" and each tip is 3.5"

Look at ebay you can find quad exhaust tips that fit. Only issue i have is that with my ark exhaust the tips kinda stick out to much. Im looking for new shorter ones

I'd suggest buying your own quad tips and having a muffler shop weld it onto whatever exhaust system you choose. I got some tips sitting around that need to get fixed onto my exhaust.

I know if you want Isf style diagonal exhaust tips, you can check out the RC350 invidia exhaust.. We know that RC exhaust fit the 3IS for another thread. Just not sure how the exhaust will fit with the diffuser.... I believe alot of ppl are in the same boat (me) after purchasing the eBay CF diffuser.

That's JoeZ exhaust with custom quad tip. Basically I have the muffler shop cut 3.5" JoeZ single tip off and weld another on.
