Default RX400 2006 - brake issues

lately i noticed that the brake is not that good went to change the pads,
but still have the same problem ..
the mechanic advised me to replace the ABS pump which is expinsive ... but I'm not sure if that is the way .. maybe air in the brake system .. is it possible to bleed of the air without damaging the ABS pump ? can anybody help please

Welcome aboard. The hybrid uses a electric actuator assembly for braking. Do you have any lights or codes? I would have the brake fluid flushed which requires a Toyota scan tool for actuating the brake actuator pump.
