Default Sc400 bogged down

I drove my car for about 70 miles one way and back. I turned it off for about 30 min come back out and it had a rough time starting and once it did start it would barely move like it was getting bogged down. I removed the exhaust thinking it was the cat and turns out not to be the issue it still sounds like it's bogged down it has trouble revving when I push the accelerator like it wants to shut off I think it may be the tps. Any thoughts on the issue

Coils/ timing/ ecu/fuel could be any one of these, so you will have to use a process of elimination if no codes coming up.
