Default Change Footwell lights

How do you replace the footwell lights in 2011 RX350? I changed all other interior but these have me stumped.

I forgot to mention I got off the cvover but can't get the bulb out. Fixture is set in a black cover and seems like I nay have to remove that but seems like it should be easier.

A question came up about the led under the seat. I never even looked at this as my GX is a work truck and the rear is full. Anyway the light is the same but it has a connector. Pics are the lower seat fabric that is tucked under the seat. Mod shown here earlier shouldn't be a problem.
