Exclamation Carbon Fiber Overlay Service.

5-23-17 Please Email me for an estimation on time to BEGIN your project due to current work load!

Hello all, My name is Ryan and I am an Enthusiast just like you! I have been customizing cars and honing my car customizing talents since 1995! I still work in the automotive industry today. I have worked in, vinyl shops, detail shops, body shops (all jobs), dealerships (detailing, parts dept), and i used to install tires and lube tech (1990's) My main passion is cars. I have decided to share my passion and talent with the Lexus Community. My other member name is "LRCsales" I own a 2015 RCF. Instagram RCF_700.

What i will be providing is a Carbon Overlay Service (exclusively for the RC and RCF for right now) I also have some Carbon Fiber body parts on the horizon for cosmetic and weight savings!!!! A decklid, hood and wing) As well as other weight saving and some performance products.

What is Carbon Fiber overlaying? This is where i will take actual raw Carbon Fiber Fabric and adhere to an existing oem part and apply several Epoxy coats and finally clear coat it for a long lasting part with the incredible authentic Carbon Fiber appearance. This is an intense time consuming 5 step process to insure perfection, beauty and longevity. Each stage must be perfect before the following stage is completed.

What is Carbon Fiber Overlaying NOT. This not a vinyl sticker. This is not hydro dipping. This is not a carbon fiber cover that you stick on

How it works, How do i get a part done? What are the costs.

1.) contact me to inquire about which part done. (each part has a different cost due to complexity, and size)

2.) Purchase a new part to have me overlay
a.) i want a new part and keep my existing part The price of a new part (at employee cost) and half of the overlay service up front to start the other half plus shipping when complete)

3. I want to use my existing part as a core value and EXCHANGE for the exact value of a new part.
a. You will send me the amount to purchase a new part and half of the service, Upon completion of the part and you receive the overlayed part you ship in your existing part to have the amount
of the cost of the new one returned to you. This is called a Core Exchange

Current costs of the SERVICES that have completed so far. NOT including part costs.

1. RCF hood vent $350

2. RCF, RC and GS mirrors $500

3. RC center console $400

4. RCF rear wing $500 (Please be informed that the Employee cost of a OEM RCF wing is $850 so and Exhange is obviosly the best route. I already have a RCF wing ready to be OVERLAYED)

5. RCF intake Snorkel $250

6. RCF or GSF fuse box covers engine bay $200 to $300 Depending on which one.

7.RCF door sills $200 per

Any plans for the lower part of the grill a la GSF? Any idea on how to remove that part?

Everything looks amazing BTW. Please post more pics of the center console or wing. Thanks!

the entire bumper would need to be removed and then the snap and screw in. As far as i am aware the GSF already has that part in carbon fiber is yours not?
