Lexus Certified Vehicle
Would someone help me to answer the questions. I visited the dealership to check out the reserved by me vehicle. The window shield had a chip, navigation screen has been damaged, scratched on the exterior and not detailed.
I pointed to the salesperson that they have to fix it otherwise I will not purchase it. He promised me that they would.
I have not purchased the vehicle and didn't sign any papers. I am getting the emails from the service department if I was satisfied with servicing my vehicle. Yesterday the service department called me to let me know that they got parts for my car.
Why they service the vehicle under my name? Purchasing the parts under my name? I don't think the vehicle can pass 161 points inspection a chip on the wind shield, damaged navigation screen, etc.
I am looking for advise of an expert. What are they doing? Thank you.

Folks on the forum want to help with any questions you may have but your post is very confusing. Do you own the car? if you are not the owner of the car, the service department should not be contacting you.

Let us understand the situation:
You reserved a Lexus Certified Vehicle, is it an SC430 Convertible? Have you signed a purchase contract?
When you went to see the car, you found issues and you said fix it.
Then the Lexus Dealer told you the parts are ready and they probably want to do the repairs.
Question:
1. Are you buying the car?
2. I do not think they serviced the car yet, have they?
Finally, do you want this car from this Lexus dealer?
We will help if we can understand your situation.
Awaiting your reply.

I was telling Mandy that he was responding to a possible troll (OP). This has always been the most helpful and respectable place to come to find answers..

My guess is the OP is not a troll but someone whose expression in writing is a little imprecise. Better writing skills could have helped us understand the OP better. Thanks for clarifying your intentions regarding your first troll remark though.
