Could anyone tell me why my rear tires have really bad inner wear? Ive put about 10k on the tires and they are in great shape besides the inner area where the metal threads are starting to show. Will the USRS fix this or that only related to the front tires? Going to get alignment done this week.

Toe is off on your car. USRS only works for the front.

+1 - make sure rear (and front) toe is set to zero. Unless you are running crazy camber (<-3) in the back - the most likely culprit is your alignment.
