Default Which Lexus Service Center provides the best service in Bay Area?

Any particular locations provide better service? Do they all offer free car wash for oil change and/or gas for recalls?

Lexus serramonte does free carwash and gas for rental. You have to ask for the gas though.

What do do you mean gas for rental?
I was just there this weekend getting a 25k service and recall done and got a rental with almost no gas in it. So next time I just tell them to put gas in my car when I take it in for service?

Lexus of Pleasanton had good customer service. Said they'd wash and clean the inside of my car while my airbag was getting done but their wash bay wasn't done being built yet. No offer to pay for rental gas but the service was good.

I have had several bad experiences at Magnussen... +1 for Serramonte.

I've always enjoyed the service in San Jose at the 300 Martin Ave location. Service Consultant Al Posada has always been my go to guy when I get my cars serviced. He hooks me up with a loaner if the work will take a while and I'm in and out of there pretty quickly.

If I did need dealer service (like recalls), I always went to my closest dealer, Serramonte. Great service! If you go to Serramonte, ask for Randy!

lexus of stevens creek is the worst service center. Dishonest people, including the service manager.

Best to find a reputable independent and only use the Lexus dealership for warranty only items...... Depending on your location there will be some shops that will do a good job for a fair price....

Come on guys, I would never let the dealership wash or detail my car, even if it's complementary...

I just recently moved to the Eastbay and last weekend Magnussen in Fremont did my airbag recall right away, no wait list for appointment. They gave me a loaner car, top off my gas, and car wash. I actually had the loaner car until monday because I was out and could not make it back in time to pickup my car. I used to go to Serramonte, and was on the waiting list for the airbag recalled, someone called me last month with a voice message and I tried to callback twice and have not heard back since. Good bye Serramonte...
