Default My sc300 M/T 2jzgte project

hello, I'm building a 1993 SC300 2jzgte TT with a w58 tranny. Any ideas, suggestions, comments and anything you got. If anyone know a forum for a step by step guide I would highly appreciate it. New to the Lexus world.

I was gonna say, there are guys who have grenaded their W58 on stock GTE power levels.

The R154 will be more "hassle free" but the CD009 has been gaining alot of traction in the JZ swap scene.

Welcome and keep the updates coming....looks to be a promising build!

On the picture above , it seems like you guys were already dropping the engine into the bay ? Didn't you replace the oil pan ? What about engine harness ? Did you make one ?

You are suppose to use your sc300 oil pan .

yea we started and along the way we found out we needed oil pan and engine mounts. We are learning as we go. I'll buy an sc300 oil pan and the mounts. I just bought the shell. I have the stock hardness from the sc300 and the aristo.
