Hi guys, our 2P rotors made by RB have been a huge upgrade for track IS-F's and we have recently been able to reduce the combo price by 10%. For those unfamiliar, there are several key features of these patented technology rotors:

Design:
The cooling vanes are of a convergent nozzle design, which increases airflow and turbulence and makes discs cooler. (Illustration #1)



This is a big one, The center-mount flanges for hat mounting to the rotor ring have several benefits. (Illustration #2)
It allows the ring to be used on either side of the vehicle simply by mounting the hat on either side of the ring (unidirectional).
The stress load transferred from the ring to the hat is balanced.
Air inlets are widely open to both inboard and outboard sides of the rotor. More air suctions and even temperature on both sides of the disc surface.
Heat transfer from the disc surfaces to the hat is even and minimized by increasing the flange length and the airflow around the flanges.
Mounting flanges are on both friction surfaces ultimately provides

• 2-Piece fully floating center-mounted rotors allow free rotor thermal expansion
• Rotors are a special alloy iron material that is heat-treated for uniform micro grain structure. This process and material are the key to the highest level of braking performance and wear characteristics.
• Aluminum center hats and rotor surface are EDP coated for protection. EDP provides better protection than zinc, especially on internal face coverage, like the internal vanes. EDP is also more uniform and will not separate under high temps.
• Rear Hats feature a exclusive bi-metal cast iron sleeve for parking brake retention.
• Convergent vane design
• Patent Pending Open-Slot design combines slotted and vented rotor properties without the crack prone stresses involved with these 2 processes.
• DACRO coated 10.9 fasteners on rotor ring to hat interface held in tension to allow floating under expansion loads

• 6-POT front and 4-POT rear Forged 6061-T6 weighing only 5.5/4.5lbs
• Direct Bolt-on fitment
• 7075-T6 Mount brackets are CNC machined and EDP coated
• Low profile design for more wheel fitment options. Clears factory 17" wheels on IS300.
• 38mm internal seal piston is thermally vented to reduce heat transfer 90% over Aluminum pistons commonly used in BBK calipers. This means longer times at the track and less heat conduction into the brake fluid.*
• Powdercoated finish in red, black and hard anodize options. FIGS Orange also available special order.
• Uses Standard FMSI pads (D1371 and D1383 ) making replacement pad options vast.
• Tethered EPDM bleeder cap means no more lost bleeder caps.

Are the front and rear rotors both drilled and slotted? You run these on your track car, correct?

Do you sell a four piston caliper set for the rear only? I did not see this on your site...

They are a patented pattern called "open slot" where the venting happens in the slot profile



We can provide a 4 pot rear, but I think the real upgrade is in the piston technology and calipers over stock. There a lot of configurations we can offer as custom we just have the most common suggestions on our site at the moment.

10 more sets of rotors are due next week. Just letting you all know, we go through batches of these and they are not always in stock. Also in addition to RB pads with work well for street applications, we also have augmented our pad offerings to include G-Loc pads. Mike

I ran this full setup on my ISF before I sold it. The braking power over the already stout OEM brakes was tremendous. Running on a track as technical as Atlanta Motorsports Park, I found that i could brake significantly later into the braking zone than I was used to. I think I actually text Mike while I was at the track to tell him that on my first session I had to get back on the throttle because the car stopped so much faster that I was well ahead of turn in and not carrying enough speed. I was using the Gloc Racing pads as well.

If you want the highest performing brakes for the ISF, these are your huckleberry.
