I have a 2012 and opted for the 78works V2 Tails. Photos don't really do justice and after seeing dc2guy's tails, I got hooked on them even more.

3nergiz3d, where did you buy those lights from? The CAD dollar sucks, which is deterring me from buying stuff in the US.

78works has a version 2? Those look like the tails that Nigel sells and not the version that me and dcguy have on our car?

Do any of these work on a 2013 ISF?

Yes, these are different than the one you and dcguy has. I believe you guys are running the v1 which also offers more color choices on the strip. With Version 2, they have built in resistors for the blinkers and was pretty much plug and play with no error codes. I'm not sure who copied who, but yes the resemblance against Nigel is there.

100% plug-n-play? I like the GSF-style version. Hmm..

Installing mine now. Red looks about the same as stock - maybe slightly darker.

would love to see on/off daylight shots especially on your ISF

so out of all the 3IS lights available right now would you say the 78works V2 are the ones to get at the moment?

In case you missed it, I posted this on the last page. I compared Nigel'swhich looks identical to the V2 posted here and the spec-d. Neither one is done justice by pictures or videos. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...omparison.html

I am running the Spec D's - not the 78works. I think it is a matter of preference, I liked the Spec D's best.

It is really difficult to get real color to show up in photos or videos. The LEDs are a deep red - very similar to Audi/BMW. In photos they look more orange for some reason.

here is a quick vid:

and some photos - all with lights on.
