What spring rates are on your BC coilovers??

 

Just the standard 10kg/8kg. I didn't want the 12/10 because it would ride like a skateboard. These are stiff enough to not rub on 11" +17 but smooth enough to still drive daily. Honestly, I loved them. Drove way better then my Tein and Stance on my subaru and equally as good as my H&R club sports on my BMW.

What about the Rear lip?

 

That can't come off because you have to cut the oem bumper to fit the gfx. I have the sfp sides for sale $225 + shipping

would these fit on an is F?

 

Yes they will fit....But to some experts, they may say the Spring rates are too light for the heavy F. I'm considering these or me F too.....
