OH WTB small piece of chrome trim.
Hey all,
Does anyone have a small piece of chrome trim laying around? I'm missing the small piece that goes on top of the driver side quarter trim molding. Just to get an idea, the molding is right before the rear tire.
I'm hoping that someone who replaced all of their chrome trim would have that small piece laying around somewhere. I don't want to buy a whole roll just for that small piece, plus it would stand out being new.
Thanks

just fyi...that short piece between the rear door and the rear wheel is a metal clip piece that is snapped on then mounted to the tabs on the body...same for the piece between the front door and front wheel.
the rest of the chrome trims is an adhesive type trim.
I would guess you could use an adhesive type piece in that little area, but my concern would that it would eventually fall off.
try searching in the classified section for salvaged cars or hit up member "aliga".

On the back, as PHML stated, the chrome trim is actually a folded tab, like this:

That piece was missing since I bought the car, and has been annoying me ever since. I figured now is a good time to put it on, since I'm going to get some dents removed.
Taking this to PM's, thanks again!
