I am selling my D40x body to upgrade to a D90. Camera is in great to excellent condition. See specifics below. Please email with any questions.

Here are the details:

**I am the only owner, purchased June 2007 from J&R and it is the USA models, not gray-market.

**I have ANY and ALL accessories/paperwork related to the camera, from the original boxes and instruction manuals in different languages, to the body caps, USB cords and chargers......the only thing not included will be the kit lens

**Everything is in great to excellent condition. I am not a pro shooter that used this billions of times on paid shoots. I am a novice that wanted more than a point and shoot to delve into photography as a hobby. If you read Ken Rockwell's site, I'm one of the sellers he refers to that knows every little spot/mark on what he's selling.......which, in this case, is nothing because they are in almost new condition.

**It wasn't used too much (maybe once or twice a month for some shots), but I have no way of guesstimating the amount of actuations taken with the camera (one could shoot 100 times to get 5 good shots). I do not have the software to tell you how many actuations are on the camera, but I can email a recent pic if needed for you to determine

**The camera nor lenses have never been dropped, hit, broken, etc, and were ALWAYS stored with lens caps in a camera bag when not used
