I just picked up my new car this weekend! There is a bubble in the upper right of the display that just caught my eye today. Dealer said it's the protective film. Some people leave it on, some take it off. What should I do my new people?

I agree. I wouldn’t leave that factory plastic on as it will eventually peel. The company that did our paint protection film (PPF as mentioned in post quoted here) make a protective cover. While they probably all offer this option, we used a company called XPel. Highly recommended. There are also tempered glass options on Amazon.com.
