I own a 2024 GX550 overtrail (approx. 23k miles) that has a knock when hot, audible mostly on the passenger side. approximately two knocks per second. I've had it at the dealer a couple times, and it was a struggle to get them to even acknowledge it. They have basically dismissed me, saying there is nothing wrong. I noticed the recall regarding milling junk in the turbos that can cause bearing wear, so I'm very nervous.

Has anyone else had experience with the dreaded knock?

 

I’ve not noticed anything so far, but it only has about 1700 miles at this time.

 

No issues here but I have even fewer miles than 2959. Just broke 750 miles after 6 weeks.
