navigation software issue
Continually getting a solid blue line when putting in a destination no matter what the traffic conditions are. Started about a month ago . Had the use of a loaner car for a few days and had the same situation. Tried rebooting by holding volume switch down but no luck.
So not only your car but your loaner car -from the dealer I assume- had the same issue? Do you have the dealer looking into it for you? Surely they can't push back on this one they actually have 2 cars doing it, that's enough for them to put in a serious claim to the factory to get it addressed. The manufacturer could address the fix by using the loaner as a guinea pig to solve the issue then apply it to your car. You can contact Lexus customer support and have them open up a ticket to escalate it. Get the case number and share it with your dealer. Lexus should contact your dealer as well to gather info to share with their engineering team that resolves these concerns.
