After a decent rain I notice some wetness on the inner metal corner of my sunroof. As this has probably going on for many years, the area is quite rusty, which will only make it old water longer and rust quicker...
I found that the weatherstrip is a replacable part and Toyota still sells it. However, I believe the seeping is happenening between the glass and the inner rubber, which I believe is sold as part of the glass assembly and isn't available aftermarket.
Anyone have experience with this problem? Or at least can clarify the construction (is my understanding correct?)?

If I am not mistaken, I can buy weather strip (OEM even) but only the outside part. I believe it is leaking between the glass and the inner rubber
