A quick review of replacing the suspension parts on my car
Hello, I’d like to share my experience replacing the suspension components on my car.
My car is a 2014 IS250 Luxury trim model equipped with factory-standard 18-inch wheels.
It has 72,000 km on the odometer. I live in Korea. ^^
65,000 km: I replaced them with genuine Lexus shock absorbers, but the car still felt wobbly.
70,000 km: After replacing the stabilizer bushings, links, lower arm brackets, and ball joints, it improved slightly.
72,000 km: After replacing them with genuine Lexus springs, it improved significantly.
It cost quite a bit, but replacing the springs solved all the problems.
I put the car on a lift to install the parts, tightened the bolts, and took it for a test drive. However, another Lexus owner told me I needed to lower the wheels and retighten the bolts, so I did that, but the ride quality felt awkward.
I think it will improve once the parts settle in.
I’m thinking of installing RS-R half-down springs next, but I’m worried it might not work because the stock struts are too soft.

I am curious, you went through all the effort of replacing all these parts and acknowledge the Lexus springs fixed your problem but now considering swapping them for aftermarket springs, when the one you placed are new.
Am I missing something?

I’m not planning to do it right away; I’m going to drive another 50,000–60,000 km and then just replace the springs, and I’m considering the RS-R Half Down at that time.
I apologize for my poor English.
