I lost the ability to select Sport+ mode on my 2017 RX 350 F Sport using the **** in the center console. In addition, I cannot find any setting on the menu screens that allows me to get into set up for Normal, Sport, or Sport+. I had the ability to customize the settings when I bought the car new and I have the adaptive suspension so the feature was, and should be, available. Lexus dealer was no help over the phone. The owner's manual talks all around this topic, but gets me nowhere. The "vehicle settings" on the navigation system menu screen are where the setup should be, but the only two options are not related to driving modes. I have looked everywhere on the menus and manual and have nothing to show for it. The battery was replaced about a year ago and I never tried accessing the Sport+ mode until recently. One guy posted on YouTube about turning the car off, disconnecting the battery, and letting it sit for 24 hours to reset. It worked for him after he installed a D3 tuner, but that is not my situation. Step by step directions would be helpful.

Just making sure you went back to basics. Twist **** clockwise once to go from ‘normal’ to ‘sport’. From there, twist **** clockwise again to go from ‘sport’ to ‘sport+’. That is what you tried, right?

I read some comments that suggested disconnecting the battery for at least 30 minutes would let the system reset and reclaim Sport+ mode. I disconnected the negative terminal and waited three hours to be on the safe side. Reconnected and BINGO it’s back! Apparently when I replaced the original battery the disconnect time was too short for a reset.
