I really don't understand this. I don't need bright lights in my face telling me a feature is on near the speedo/rpm cluster. Is there a way to turn this crap off? I turned off all the features, but would be nice if I could use the features without being distracted. . Just curious if someone could help me?

You can put small piece of electrical tape over the icon.. otherwise, they will be on when that system is on.

BSM and Park Assist can be turned on or off by using the meter control switches.

I just turned off all the features. Thanks. I don't understand how the people who designed this car decided we need bright lights around the cluster telling us that parking assist and whatever else is engaged full time. It's visually disturbing to me. lol
Typical thought process is that when a light on the cluster is on, there is something wrong with the car.

If you dim your dash lights does it not dim all on the dash cluster?

No it doesnt. I guess that would be cool if people had their check engine light on. They could dim their dash light instead of going to a mechanic.

I actually like the lights, which serve as a reminder as to which features I have currently engaged. I treat green as a “status” light, as opposed to red error lights. Like so many things in life, just different personal preferences. I am also a tech guy so I may have a different take on this sort of display. It seems like the instrument cluster is evolving as new cars come with so much technology.
