Default Rear doors Lamisafe VS Temperlite

Hi there. I have 2017 LS460 RWD (ML audio, everything stock) and I am wandering would it make any noticeable difference (road noise wise) if I remove OEM temperlite glass from the rear doors and install optional lamisafe (I have lamisafe in the front doors). In theory it should make car quieter, but I'm not sure if it worth the effort. I mean, would it be something average human could notice, or it only makes sense as a final touch with complete sound proofing of the rest of the car? Appreciate any ideas.

The rear door panels on a 460 are a little harder to take off than the front and if you're not familiar with doing this you will break a few of the retaining clips or worse. Once you get the panel off there are a few more things that need to be removed to get access to the window, I wouldn't advise it unless you've done it on cars that have this much gear under the panel.

It is a valid point. I do have experience with this kind of stuff but I have no intentions of diving in there myself, not on my own car and not for free, LOL. If I decide to go for the glass replacement I will take it to the dealer to get it done. Those Lexus mechanics have kids to feed. LOL
