I have a IS 350 2012 and was wondering if any hood/bumper/right fender from the 2nd gen would be able to fit my car/ if they have the same part number? The major parts I need are a bumper, right fender, and a hood. I also need a right fog light cap. Any advice on going about getting the parts I need ? I am from California. Thank you all.

Fender and hood, yes.
Bumper, no. 2006-2008, 2009-2010, 2011-2013, 2011-2013 F-Sport/Limited Edition are all different. (2011-2013 can be used for 2011-2013 F-Sport/Limited Edition if you cut the mounting slots for the front spoilers). Bumpers are also different with or without headlight washers and sonar sensors.

Thanks for the insight. Will i still be able to fit any of those year bumpers on my 2012? Asking because i know some people do conversions of the 3is bumper to fit onto the 2is.

You can, but there are other bits and pieces like the brake ducts, etc., that correspond with the bumper changes. As long as you get all the pieces, no problem.
