Finally was able to get a hold of aFe this morning and they said they will have a tech call me back. Something odd that I wanted to point out was that on the aFe website's vehicle finder, it does not list any filter models for the 2016 RX450h. However going directly to the aFe's product page for air filter 31-10119 (that tomtom noted) has that year and model listed below. It might be a typo below that it goes from 2010 - 2016 since 2016 is when the model changed. Will report back again when the aFe's tech contacts me.
RX350's filter are same from 2010 and up, so RX450h might be same way.

I would echo that. RX450h definitely has a different engine air filter compared to RX350 for the same model year. I bought some filters which fitted my RX450h perfectly, then gave one to my brother-in-law for his RX350. I was so surprised that it wasn't the right shape for his air cleaner box. Who would have thought Lexus would have different engine air filters for the 2GR-FE (RX350) vs 2GR-FXE (RX450h) engine for the 3rd gen Lexus. Not sure if this is the case for the 4th gen RX, but wouldn't surprise me.....

Pole Position
Had a 2013 RX 450h and now a 2017 and not the same air filter.

Filters from dealer, oil depends what you want. If you want Mobil 1 type oil and are looking for a deal all the auto parts have weekly deals on oil plus a oil filter or go to Walmart and buy a 5 quart jug that’s if your looking to do it yourself. If your not doing it yourself as long as you change it that’s what matters take it to the dealer, a Toyota dealer, jiffy lube, car wash, pep boys wherever. This is the cheapest maintenance you can do to your car that has the biggest impact.
