I heard from a reliable source that this is it. No more GS. I think it's a unique car in Lexus family and hard to find a right replacement. I may have to leave the branch for a different mid size luxury sedan. What about you?

May be in another 3 years but I do have my list: 2015+ SS, Stinger GT, G80 Sport or may be Raptor lol.

I recently was thinking about it. My wife thinks I should get the GX. Don't think I'm ready for a suv yet. Was liking at the LS review today. Car looks amazing!!...Don't want a car with air suspension. I had a 05 A8 and had issues with it for 6 years, I rather stay away from cars with it. Not a fan of German cars either. I tend to buy cars 2 or 3 years old and keep them for about 5 years. I have about 3 years left with my 14 GS.

I'm 3-4 years from having to decide, but the Genesis G80 is looking real nice.

My brother picked up 18 rwd G80. I think he paid 55k for it. The car is really nice. It have the lane keep assist. To watch steer and brake on its own to keep you in the lane is nice. I don't like the way it shift, it's too smooth and feels soft. I had in sport when I drove it. He also wanted to race a 0 to 60. The GS pulled away from it by car length. It's more room as well but don't think I can buy one.

The g80 is nice, but not nice enough to move me away from my GS f sport. The GS sets the bar pretty high. Its tough to come up with viable replacements. I also dislike German cars as i have owned a few and have had very bad experiences. I think my next ride might be a volvo s90 wagon, but i will wait another 2-3 years for a used one to pop up for sale. Either that, or a new body LS.

Reliable source? Lexus.com just listed the minor changes coming to the 18 GS.

Looked at CTS-V but just couldn’t see myself in a Caddy.

Tesla Model S is a completely different and exciting driving experience and cabin quality has come a long way. Always scary to leave Lexus quality tho. I like never having to worry about anything breaking.

New LS looks very appealing and got great reviews. Depends on real world pricing for F Sport with all the dynamic goodies, like rear wheel steer. And of course if there’s a true LS-F coming that would be magnificent.

Have to decide soon soon as my lease is up in December

BTW I find it hard to believe that GS is going away. That would be a real shame.

Same car........different nameplate.
I heard it from my wife's hairdresser who heard it from her brother-in-law, who used to sell used cars.

I'll keep mine for a while, I still like it a lot after 2 years of ownership, plus from financial side it's also smart decision.
