Mine had the first aid kit too. I have since relocated it to the glove box. It seems more logical to be stored there anyway.

Can you provide more info (or a link) about the orange warning triangle? While I do want the Lexus/Toyota one, I don't mind just getting one that will fit for sure. Thanks

They seem like quality units - and there's three of them for $16.00

Worked out well for me: one for my GS, one for the wife's GX and one for my Son's Focus.

Probably a way better Option than $45 for the Lexus one and the $45 shipping from overseas.

Thank you for posting the pictures. I had no idea what the straps in the Band-Aid location were for. Now I know.

Just picked up a 2014 GX and had some tools missing. Called my local dealer and he provided me this diagram. It doesn't seem complete but may be helpful to some.

Does anybody know what the tool is in the upper left-hand corner - that goes under the pliers? Name and part number if possible...

That's a spark plug wrench and the handle to go through the tube is the skinny L piece above it.

Thanks for this thread. When we picked up our 2019 I asked the guys at Lexus why half of the tools were missing, the Sales guy said that the spots where tools were missing must just be there as a formality! I was annoyed but when I saw this thread i felt better, Lexus must have just decided that 99% of people would not know or care if these tools were not there.

Needless to say I bought a kit from Ebay for 36 bucks that had the screw driver, pliers, wrenches and some tools I didnt need from a 1995-2000 Lexus LS400. The tools all fit perfectly in the GX460! Image below.

I also bought the below sparkplug wrench from Lexusparts, not sure why the website says that it will not fit a 2019 GX but it fits perfectly, I have not tried it out on a sparkplug yet though FTI.

Where are you guys finding the factory triangles? is that another Ebay thing?

Default Am I missing pieces from my jack kit?

Was getting my spare tire down to do some hitch wiring and noticed that my jack accessory tray had some empty slots.

Am I missing parts or is this how it came from the factory?

Heh, I just assumed the previous owner lost whatever went there. Good to know that is "standard" non-equipment.

huh...
Well, on one side, feels good that I'm not missing anything but on the other side, whyyyy???

I wonder if it's a generic template used on other models as well that carry different tools based on the model?
