Genoa Peak Road at Lake Tahoe, Nevada side. I can recommend this trail (about 2 hours) for a stock LX, but strongly recommend other than stock tires&wheels. For example Land Cruiser wheels and tires are perfectly fine. I am sure it can be done with LX 21" wheels and low profile tires but the risk of a tire puncture is high - be sure that you can use the spare wheel.

Beautiful pictures. Finally an LX with nice tires/wheels. Good articulation! Although I think I could be able to do it with my 275/65 R18 Michelin LTX AT2 tires. The bumper limits me more than the tires now.

Thanks man and I'm pretty sure you could. For me the weakest link were the running boards. I'm looking to do the sensor lift with spring spacers to keep the hydraulic pressure in check. That or do the spring spacers with a techstream neutral calibration. I'm also looking to do sliders if someone actually comes up with a set for the 570.

Photosuckit is blocking the photos now and there's no way to see them, any chance you could make the album public or use imgur? Thx

Gordj...great to see a 200 series someplace where it was designed to go, other than the local mall. Wife and I will do the Mohave Highway (on the other side of the world ) in October...article in the latest issue of the TLCA magazine got me very enthused...nothing like where you're at though...most impressed.

I believe they're fixed now. I just learned that now you have to pay photobucket to share pics.

Nice, I guess those bumpers are custom? Have you done anything to the suspension? Great looking LX.

Bumpers look like ARB. It's a great looking LX and having lived in Texas for >15 years it's also a great looking view you won't see back home. Highest mountain in Texas is ~7000 feet, and definitely out of the way in a huge state. Welcome to the Rockies.
