First, I am not getting any codes, or engine light, I have one soft code for the Knock Sensor low voltage. The fluid is not dirty. It was suggested that it might be the solenoid in the valve body... any advice?

 

Before invest a new solenoid had better use Techstream check solenoid status like follows:
