I haven't heard of anyone here with the base and ML sound system. Sure anything can be special orderd. Not sure why the crawl control means definitely having the ML? Crawl control is a special US order, correct?
nav is the same on 2010-2013.
I pulled carfax and vehicle history for both, I haven't looked at them in person yet, 2010 was maintained very well but apparently has cracked bumper, 2013 needs new tires and has some shady dealer history for last 4 months, I will go look at it tomorrow to make sure it doesn't have anything majorly wrong with it, like recent accident.
Seems like Base + Comfort Pkg + Convenience Pkg is almost same as Premium, excluding minor accent details and air springs.

Ok... I will give you that definitely not 100% certain ML with Crawl but I find it highly unlikely... probably 99.x% certain that one would include ML with a special order.. The only exception I could think would be if someone wanted fully loaded but 3rd party custom stereo. IMO..This would likely be a unicorn though.

I should correct myself... looking at that 2013.. it could be "PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM WITH DRIVER ATTENTION MONITOR PACKAGE (GX 460 Premium) versus "WIDE-VIEW FRONT AND SIDE MONITOR SYSTEM/PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM (PCS) WITH DRIVER ATTENTION MONITOR PACKAGE (GX 460 Premium)"
