Im just curious, did this color mainly come on SC400's? Ive seen a couple locally in this color along with ones on this forum, but few have been SC300's.

 

I've seen a lot more SC300's with this color here in San Diego! Lol

This is more of a discouragement than anything, My 8J5 92 SC400 is in sad sad shape, but I saved her from the scrapper and am in the process of swapping the 2JZ and 5-speed out of my parts car SC300 down into this one. She will get paint one day, but the engine and coilovers come first. haha

 

I may be joining this thread within the next week

quite welcome brother. as soon as my baby is presentable, i can hopefully share some pics, but she's REALLY rough right now lol. loving the rims on your car... the silver wheels/MIB seems to be one of the cleanest looks IMO!

 

Have the same problem! Wrecked mine on a steel post a while back in the winter.no more winter driving for ol blue, bought a 4wd suv for that. She's coming along fine now and since I finally have acquired all the new body parts and spring is here, i will be bringing her up to snuff and laying a new coat of our beautiful color back on her with a few tweeks, then of course pics on the forum. Our European friend has e very fine looking one. 96 sc400.

 

I warned u guys she was rough. Lol. Doing some work to her interior now.

Question for my midnight brethren: what tail lights look best for this color? I have some 97+ sitting around but I'm kinda thinking the stockers look good...

 

i think the orange look fine on blue


but the 96 tails are the best looking imo
