My experiences with them weren't as unfortunate as yours. I ordered and got steering wheels from them for both the IS-F and the RC-F.
Always got a prompt reply to all my messages and email.
It's very frustrating. i emailed No reply. i called, talk to a fellow that didn't speak english very well but he indeed said he will check my email. No replay after that. I PM, got a PM back with prices but questioned them about stitching colors and its been about a week. thats 3 weeks and still can't have anything ordered.

DCTMS has some of the worst customer service I've seen. Im having the EXACT same problems I did when i ordered with the IS-F and now years later, still the same issues. I cannot get a reply even when i call/PM/Email. I got one PM back and again, no reply for a week.
