rubber bushing not that wobbly crap, Im thinking these are GS300

Only arms that come with rubber bushings is OEM. You can try your luck with another used set or buy them brand new from the dealer.

If you want new arms with polyurethane bushings, then figs engineering UCA are the only options I can think of.

If you want spherical bearings (the wobbly crap), then almost all aftermarket companies offer that.

This looks a lot more solid. The OEM ones are meant for a bit more cushion, hence the wobble. When I bought RUCAs a while back, I did not know of any other alternative other than OEM Lexus. More solid bushings might be from a Supra. It was not until this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...er-thread.html did we find out that the Supra RUCA was identical that of SC. There is one last option that it can be; there is an OE spec RUCA available (ebay) now. That might be it and at about half the cost of OEM Lexus.
