I just received the reflective logo for the front. Big thanks to bigblack06 and Wrappers Delite for the quick response and delivery. As bigblack mentioned, the logo is printed on high quality 3M Scotchlite reflective film and they sent a piece of glossy vinyl to help with the installation. Here are some images of the product (havent' had the time this weekend, but will install at a later time):

I bought the dark grey logo sticker (my GS is white/starfire pearl). It is white when light reflects off the logo.

I considered buying the white so it would pop but noticed that the standard Lexus logo on the grille is more subtle and "greyish." Figured its a sticker so if I have a change of heart and prefer the white, you can always switch it up for $30 its not bad.

I ordered a blue decal. I didn't like how it looked against my deep sea mica. However, good quality. I ordered an overlay from Don. I'll post pics when I install.

Does anyone know if the emblem actually pops out of the grille without removing everything? I think first time around, I didn't use a heat gun or anything since car is outside. If I can pop the emblem off, would be MUCH easier

I don't think it will pop-out easily without removing the grille or being able to get to the back of the grille/emblem area. In the image below, when I installed an aftermarket grille, I reused my emblem and highlighted a few areas. Those two highlighted tabs have these little metal washers that screw into the back of the grille where the emblem sits. You will need to pop those metal washers out to get the emblem loose otherwise risk breaking them. It makes it very difficult to steal a our front emblems which is a good thing!
