Lou - not OD, but width. L/R stagger is OD, F/R stagger is width. OEM is 255/275 F/R. 265/305 F/R is +10mm F and +30mm R. So what was 20mm stock is now 40mm. There's no way this is good for mid-corner speed.
Guess I did misunderstand your post. On the ISF the stock stagger you mentioned was 30mm the (225/255). I have increased mine to 40mm (255/295). On the ISF the front to rear stock ODs are exactly the same. With my change to wider, lower profile rubber, I have maintained the stock OD. Maybe I am living in a dream world, but things seem to have improved (a lot) for me.

I've set both "Rear" Camber at Negative 3-Degrees...That's ONLY 1-Degree from OEM Spec...
IMPORTANT: Review tread with the notes that I've listed and you'll be fine. NO rubbing what's so ever!!!
The only compliant: The RSR Front Springs are to SOFT...Nothing like Coilovers can relief...
WARNING!!!! If you run the same set...DON'T....DON'T....Run more than Negative 3-Degrees Camber...The Tires "WILL" rub the inner protective fender liner and shock cover...
PS: I hope this helps with your build and looking forward to seeing the fruits of your labors!!!
PPS: Just completed a 600 miles road trip with this set up on Texas twistys back roads so I'm LOVING this set up with the wide tires...

Reason: Picture
Not really when your comparing to OEM specs...I'm willing to live with 1-degree off from manufacture spec for better traction or 2 inches more of tire from stock (4 Inches total in the rear)
PS: The RC-F has wider rear fenders than the GS-F from factory... That's why you guys may have those nice concave and fat lip rims...
There are always traded offs when we modify our cars...its just what are you willing to give up to gain...
By the way, Love your Build...

i didn't think of that, i was hoping the gs-f was the same wheel clearance as the RC-F. i hated the IS-F and the weak fitment . GS-F is still wayyyy better than the ISF as fitment goes.
-3 degrees will burn through tires much faster than stock. Usually toe kills tires, but anything over 2.5 degrees on modern tires means significant edge wear (doesn't matter if it's positive or negative, it's going to wear on the edge fast).

you are running 305s on the GSF stock wheels? That's the size im getting after the 275 are bald. Discount Tire said they wouldn't rub if I dont lower the car
