I noticed something funny when I was searching for used GX460s. Some trucks had the wood grain part of the **** turned so that it faces 12 o'clock:



While some trucks have them facing 6 o'clock:


Seems like it's just a matter of personal preference. What do you all think?

 

I would go with the official Lexus pic

The leather is what you grasp, the wood is what you look at.

 

I've seen many GX 460s with the shift **** reversed (the wood is supposed to face toward the back of the car). I don't know if it was a factory error, but if I remember correctly all of the ones I've seen were 2010 models.
