How hard was it to take it off, I'm digging the leather stitches and driving today I found the old one to be pretty bland. Let us know how it goes.

It was easy to take off. I used a plastic pry tool and it popped right off. Intimidating at first but it pops off with ease. Will keep you guys posted.

Around $200 for the leather piece and $20ish for the mouse button but luckily I found a wrecked 16' GS at the local junk yard and got them for pennies on the dollar.

So were you able to find any way to attach it other than double sided tape?

LOL, you'll be able to tell I was bored today. I liked the look of the white French stitching so much I decided to do it myself. A $20 piece of black leather from Amazon and about an hour's worth of work and voila!

I'll have a closer look in the morning. The glue will have dried and I'll have better lighting.

That looks pretty sweet!
I've been thinking of taking that little piece to a shop and see if they can wrap it in the cabernet leather as my interior.

LOL, thank you. I need to find a spare wrist pad/rest to play around with. Are there any wrecking yards in the north Dallas area? Just looking for a cheap source. Help me find one as a core and I'll make a custom leather one for you.

I remember seeing one on Craigslist it was wrecked, how much will it cost at the dealer. I can use my friends account to get some discount.
