^I didn't know that the rear bumper reflectors would light up. I need to check that on mine. Is that on D or P?

I'm pretty sure those are aftermarket lights that can be used to replace the oem reflectors. I've seen some like it on ebay.

You would be correct....they are on amazon too. Direct OEM replacement with 0 modification/ perfect fitment. You only need to tap into the respective tail lights.

Where do the wirings go if there are no holes to connect to the brake light? So yours is like an added brake light?

DIY to come when I have more time. These are an option on the Japanese NX. They required modifications to function properly in the RC cup holders i.e. Cutting, molding, sanding.
